5 centimeter per second (5 centímetros por segundo)

I'm currently working on pt-br subtitles for a love-story-anime called 5 centimeter per second (秒速５センチ, Byousoku Go Senchi). Before starting this, I had already watched the movie 3 or 4 times. But even translating it, I can't help myself but to start crying.
