Kids

Not that frightening movie, but rather kids that you have. One thing I had never thought about is the level of attention a kid requires.

As parents, most people are just thinking about what they think is better for their kids, in their own judgement. Kids, of course, have a different idea of what they need. But I digress...

What matters to me is how much a kid can be demanding. The thing is, I always saw demanding as equal to annoying. That has changed, so now I see demanding as a chance for developing presence.

It's interesting to see how some small changes in what you value can totally shift perception.
